Functional Consultant

Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end CLM implementation projects for small and mid-sized businesses, ensuring successful delivery within scope, budget, and timeline.
• Define project objectives, scope, deliverables, and timelines in collaboration with stakeholders and project teams.
• Develop detailed project plans, including resource allocation, task assignments, dependencies, and risk mitigation strategies.
• Coordinate project activities, monitor progress, and track milestones, ensuring adherence to project timelines and milestones.
• Conduct regular project meetings, status updates, and progress reports, communicating project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders.
• Manage project budgets, expenses, and resources, ensuring efficient utilization and cost-effectiveness.
• Facilitate collaboration and communication among project teams, stakeholders, and external vendors to achieve project goals.
• Provide leadership, guidance, and support to project teams, resolving conflicts, and addressing challenges to ensure project success.
• Conduct post-project reviews and lessons learned sessions to identify successes, challenges, and areas for improvement.
• Developing change management plans and strategies to facilitate smooth transition and adoption of new CLM solutions.
• Conducting impact assessments and stakeholder analyses to identify change readiness and potential barriers.
• Facilitating training sessions, workshops, and support activities to build capability and ensure successful adoption of new processes and technologies.
• Monitoring change progress, gathering feedback, and making adjustments as needed to drive successful outcomes.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including IT, HR, and business units, to align change initiatives with organizational goals and objectives.

Skills and Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in project management, preferably in CLM or related domains, for small and mid-sized implementations.
• Strong project management skills, including project planning, execution, monitoring, and control.
• Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools, such as Agile, Scrum, Kanban, or Waterfall, and project management software like MS Project or JIRA.
• Experience in managing small to mid-sized project teams, including internal resources and external vendors.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence outcomes.
• Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently, prioritize tasks, and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
• Strong problem-solving skills, critical thinking, and decision-making abilities in complex project environments.
• Knowledge of CLM software, SaaS environments, and implementation best practices is required
• Skills in change management to support smooth transition and adoption of new processes and technologies during and post implementations
• Project Management (PM) certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) or Six Sigma certification are a plusRole & responsibilities
