Integrated Wireless Solutions - Oracle Supply Chain Techno-Functional Consultant (7-9 yrs)

Position Overview : We are seeking a skilled and experienced Oracle Supply Chain Techno-Functional Consultant to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Oracle Supply Chain Management (SCM) modules, with expertise in both the functional and technical aspects.

You will play a critical role in implementing, configuring, and supporting Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS), bridging the gap between business processes and technical requirements.

Functional Analysis :

1. Engage with business stakeholders to understand and document supply chain requirements.

Analyse and map business processes to Oracle SCM modules such as :

- Inventory (INV)

- Order Management (OM)

- Procurement (PO, iProcurement)

- Advanced Supply Chain Planning (ASCP)

- Manufacturing (WIP, BOM)

3. Configure Oracle SCM modules to meet business needs, ensuring best practices and scalability. Provide guidance on Oracle SCM capabilities and identify areas for process improvement.

Technical Analysis :

1. Develop, customize, and support RICE components (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, and Extensions) using tools like :

- PL/SQL

- Oracle Workflow Builder

- Oracle Forms

- Oracle BI Publisher

2. Design and implement integrations between Oracle SCM and other systems (e.g, WMS, third-party logistics, or ERP systems).

- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Oracle SCM modules.

3. Support and Maintenance :

- Provide day-to-day support for Oracle SCM applications, ensuring system stability and reliability.

- Analyze and resolve system issues, including root cause analysis and preventive actions.

- Conduct user training and prepare documentation for system processes and configurations.

Collaboration :

1. Act as the primary liaison between the technical team and business stakeholders.

- Collaborate with other teams, including finance, procurement, and manufacturing, to ensure seamless operations across the supply chain.
