Roles and Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth for the company's Wedding Event and Corporate event business for the In-house Banquets and Out door catering business..
  
• Manage a team of event sales professionals, providing guidance on marketing strategy, staff management, and customer service best practices.
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan and deliver successful events from concept to execution.
  
• Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform sales decisions and optimize pricing strategies.
  
• Build strong relationships with clients through exceptional communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 10-15 years of experience in B2B corporate events or live entertainment industry.
  
• MBA/PGDM degree (preferably in Marketing).
  
• Proven track record of success in developing effective sales strategies and managing high-performing teams.
  
• Strong understanding of marketing strategy development, implementation, and analysis.
• Strong understanding of the Wedding sales business
