Student Trainee - Human Resources

Job Summary:

We are looking for an enthusiastic HR Intern to support our Talent Acquisition functions. This internship offers a hands-on experience in recruitment, onboarding, HR projects, and business partner responsibilities. Key Responsibilities:

• Sourcing candidates through job portals, social media, networking, and employee referrals.
• Screening resumes and conducting initial candidate assessments.
• Scheduling interviews and coordinating with hiring managers.
• Supporting note approvals, salary negotiations, and offer rollouts.
• Managing system on boarding for new hires, ensuring smooth integration into HR systems.
• Providing logistics support for interviews, including travel arrangements (if needed).
• Assisting in rewards and recognition initiatives and other engagement activities.

Requirements:

• Currently pursuing or recently completed MBA in Human Resources.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for talent acquisition and HR operations.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); familiarity with LinkedIn or job portals is a plus.
• Candidates currently in Ahmedabad and available for immediate joining are preferred.
