QC Analyst

1. To plan the activities of his area to provide optimum output.

2. To compare the results of vendor COA for all incoming raw material samples with our
Specification.

3. Review of instrument log book.

4. Allotment of the sample along with requested worksheet/specification/MOA to the analyst on
priority basis.

5. To check and review the all analytical reports (i.e.Raw material, In-process, Intermediate,
swab, Finished products, Stability, Calibration, Method transfer/Method validation/method
verification etc.)

6. Investigation of any Laboratory Incidents/OOS/OOT (if any).

7. To ensure the release of raw material (usage decision) in LIMS.

8. To ensure cGLP/GDP/GMP compliance.

9. Integration activity perform for chromatography in chromeleon software.

10. To impart on job training/class room training to sub coordinate.

11. To monitoring activity related to chemical and instrumental analysis and provide the status
to concern head
