Business Analyst

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have over 3 years of experience in analyzing business processes, gathering requirements, and collaborating with stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions. The Business Analyst will play a key role in ensuring that business needs are properly understood and translated into actionable insights and deliverables.

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders and end-users.
• Working experience in Banking domain, BFIS sector.
• Work closely with stakeholders, project managers, and development teams to ensure requirements are clearly understood and effectively implemented.
• Conduct detailed business process analysis and identify areas for improvement, optimization, and automation.
• Create detailed functional specifications, process flow diagrams, and other documentation to support project delivery.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project execution and successful delivery of business solutions.
• Conduct gap analysis between current and desired states, identifying necessary changes for successful project outcomes.
• Ensure that proposed solutions align with business goals, budget, and timelines.
• Assist in testing and validating solutions to ensure they meet business requirements.
• Facilitate workshops and meetings with stakeholders to gather feedback and refine project requirements.
• Stay up to date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to propose innovative solutions.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor s degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst I (BFSI Sector) with a proven track record of delivering successful projects.
• Must knowledge in API, integration process and logics
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify business needs and develop practical solutions.
• Proficiency in creating business process documentation, functional specifications, and user stories.
• Experience with business analysis tools and techniques, including process mapping, gap analysis, and data modeling.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
• Experience with project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) is a plus.
• Familiarity with software development lifecycles (SDLC) and IT infrastructure.

Preferred Skills:

• Must have experience working with the BFSI sector, or other enterprise systems.
• Good Knowledge in API integration process.
• Must have experience as Business Analyst 2+Yrs.
• Knowledge of business process automation tools and best practices.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and adapt to changing priorities.
