Tech Lead

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a team of developers, providing technical guidance and support.
• Engage in client discussions to understand and gather project requirements, ensuring clarity on deliverables.
• Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to define the scope, objectives, and deliverables for projects.
• Allocate tasks to developers, ensuring efficient use of resources and timely delivery of project milestones.
• Design, develop, and maintain scalable applications using Java and Spring Boot.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code while adhering to best practices.
• Conduct code reviews and ensure code quality across the team.
• Troubleshoot and resolve application issues in a timely manner.
• Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends, and incorporate them into the development process.
• Ensure high performance and responsiveness of applications by optimizing code and database queries.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor s degree is must.
• 5+ years of experience in software development, with a strong focus on Java and Spring Boot.
• Proficiency in JavaScript and modern JavaScript frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, or Vue.js).
• Experience with relational databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL) and/or NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB).
• Strong understanding of software development principles, design patterns, and best practices.
• Experience in discussing requirements with clients and translating them into technical specifications.
• Ability to allocate tasks effectively among team members and track progress.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively within a team.
• Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) is a plus.
