Manager - Content

Key Responsibilities:

1. Content Strategy & Execution:

• Develop and implement a comprehensive content strategy aligned with business and marketing goals.
• Oversee the creation of SEO-driven website content, blogs, articles, social media posts, email campaigns, scripts, and marketing collaterals.
• Ensure consistency in brand voice, tone, and messaging across all content formats.

2. Team Leadership & Management:

• Lead and mentor a team of content writers, editors, and strategists to deliver high-quality content.
• Provide editorial guidance, feedback, and training to enhance team performance.
• Manage content calendars, deadlines, and deliverables efficiently.

3. SEO & Organic Growth:

• Collaborate with SEO and digital marketing teams to develop content that enhances organic traffic and rankings.
• Optimize website content for search engines and user engagement.
• Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and performance tracking to refine content strategies.

4. Thought Leadership & Brand Positioning:

• Create compelling content to position InsuranceDekho as a trusted leader in the insurance and insurtech space.
• Develop whitepapers, case studies, reports, and industry insights to establish authority.
• Work closely with PR and branding teams to craft impactful messaging.

5. Performance Analysis & Optimization:

• Track content performance metrics, engagement rates, and conversion data to measure success.
• Leverage analytics tools to gain insights and continuously refine content strategies.
• Conduct A/B testing and audience research to improve content effectiveness.

6. Cross-functional Collaboration:

• Work closely with design, product, sales, and customer experience teams to create user-centric content.
• Partner with influencers, industry experts, and third-party content platforms for content amplification.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

Educational Qualifications:

• Bachelors/Master’s degree in Journalism, Mass Communication, Marketing, English, or a related field.

Experience:

• 5–8 years of experience in content marketing, content strategy, or editorial roles.
• Prior experience in insurance, fintech, BFSI, or digital-first brands is a plus.
