Job Title: Assistant Manager - Renewals

• Service: Answering customer calls, addressing complaints, and providing solutions

• Sales: Identifying opportunities to sell products or services, and upselling when appropriate

• Relationships Building Channel/Customer: Building positive relationships with customers and boosting customer loyalty

• Data management: Recording customer information, call logs, and reports

• Process improvement: Using data and insights to recommend improvements to processes

• Teamwork: Meeting team targets and working with other team members • Problem resolution: Identifying and escalating priority issues

• Customer feedback: Reporting on customer feedback

• Technical assistance: Providing technical assistance to customers

• Prospecting: Reaching out to prospects and customers to generate new sales opportunities

Skills:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is must.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and analytical abilities.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Knowledge of Life & Motor Insurance will be an added advantage.
