Insurance Samadhan - Senior NLP Engineer - Generative AI/LLM (3-9 yrs)

Job Overview :

We are looking for a skilled NLP Engineer with hands-on experience in Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), and a strong command of Python. The ideal candidate will work on building, fine-tuning, and deploying advanced AI models for natural language understanding, text generation, and conversational AI applications.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop, fine-tune, and deploy NLP models using state-of-the-art deep learning techniques.

- Work with Large Language Models (LLMs) such as GPT, BERT, T5, LLaMA, and Claude.

- Implement text generation, summarization, translation, and question-answering pipelines.

- Optimize NLP models for efficiency, accuracy, and scalability in production environments.

- Preprocess and clean large-scale text datasets for training and evaluation.

- Integrate AI models into applications via APIs, cloud platforms, or edge deployment.

- Leverage Python, PyTorch/TensorFlow, and Hugging Face Transformers for AI development.

- Stay updated on the latest trends and research in Generative AI, NLP, and deep learning.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 3+ years of experience in NLP, machine learning, or AI development.

- Proficiency in Python and frameworks like PyTorch, TensorFlow, Hugging Face Transformers.

- Strong understanding of NLP techniques (tokenization, embeddings, transformers, attention mechanisms).

- Experience with LLMs (fine-tuning, prompt engineering, RLHF, inference optimization).

- Familiarity with data preprocessing, text analytics, and vector databases.

- Knowledge of cloud-based AI services (AWS SageMaker, Azure AI, Google Vertex AI) is a plus.

- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Experience with LangChain, LlamaIndex, or RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation).

- Prior experience in chatbot development, voice assistants, or automated content generation.

- Contributions to open-source AI/NLP projects or research publications.
