Tender Executive

Job Description:

The Tender Coordinator will coordinate and produce proposal documents with the highest levels of attention to detail and an ability to work under pressure and to demanding deadlines. This role requires the implementation of document version control procedures and processes.

Role & responsibilities

• To coordinate, prepare and compile bid submission documents in relation to tendering/bidding activities, tender questionnaires, and pre-qualifications
• Prepare Technical Financial bids in assistance with seniors & Prepare documents for e-Tendering on portals
• Receive and deal with enquiries from Clients concerning Tenders
• Also Regular Follow-up with prospective buyers for a Purchase Order
• Drafting and Negotiation of agreements/commercial contracts needed for business operations
• Able to manage proactive communication with Client and interface with other disciplines
