Job Location: Ambattur Estate, Chennai

Required relevant experience: 4+ years

Notice Period: Not more than 60 days

Job Description:

• Work with subject matter experts to identify the target audiences training needs and develop a cohesive e-learning module.
• Develop and design concepts to meet the eLearning requirements in support of organizational initiatives.
• Edit and develop existing online course content and keep it up to date.
• Use core instructional design principles and theories to optimize learning.
• Provide advice and recommendations to the training team about the integration of e-learning into courses.
• Design a storyboard, visual graphics, learning activities, assignments, and assessments to enhance learning.
• Research and implement new technologies to assist course design.
• Create clear written course directions easily understood and followed by the target audience.
• Work closely with the technical team to troubleshoot problems reported by users.

Minimum Eligibility

• Must have good verbal and written communication skills.
• Must be familiar with working with ID tools like
• Articulate Storyline 360
• Articulate Rise 360
• Adobe Captivate
• Vyond
• Canva
• Additional Knowledge on Epiplex 500 and Adobe Editing Tool
