10+ years of marketing experience with the last few years in digital / growth marketing, leading high performance marketing teams. EdTech Experience in Education Management / EdTech is highly preferred.
Your Job Responsibilities in this role
Collaborate with the business team to uncover insights and strategies to develop and implement marketing and branding strategies for new and existing products
Oversee and grow the marketing function (Digital, Product Marketing, Brand Marketing, Event Marketing, Content), consistently identifying revenue opportunities and managing consistent growth by securing new customer segments
Identify short-term and long-term scheduling, budget, and resource needs, including the development and management of an annual marketing budget, profit/loss projections, expenditure spending, and other financial considerations
Understand key marketing performance metrics and tracking tools to provide market research, forecasts, competitive analyses, campaign results, and consumer trends in order to translate results into actionable insights for marketing team
Spearhead the strategic and tactical execution of marketing campaigns, including design of test/control segmentation, implementation of tests, tracking, results reporting, analysis, and recommendations
Manage conception, development, and implementation of marketing plan and strategies, product concepts, and promotional programs to drive interest and sales
Attend and/or participate at conventions, conferences, and tradeshows, preparing engaging displays and collateral as needed, and providing post-event reports and analysis

Qualification and Experience
Previously led high performance marketing teams in education management / EdTech
Superior written and verbal communication skills, exceptional presentation and negotiation skills
Comfortable using collaboration and CRM tools such as LeadSquared and the likes, familiarity with marketing automation tools and Google analytics
Established social media prominence on social networking platforms LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook & Instagram
Exceptional ROI-tracking skills, able to prove what is or isn t working
Excellent people and management skills to interact with diverse stakeholders to be a strong team player
