Role & responsibilities :
The selected candidate will be primarily tasked with generating and converting leads into registrations for training courses at IMMAST. This will be done through conducting promotions using various channels and reaching out through mass as well as targeted communications. Customer service, documentation and upkeep of the alumni network engagement are also part of the responsibilities. The job requires an alert and quick-thinking individual, with a background of sales in a similar or related field.
Implementing sales and marketing strategies to achieve the companys goals and objectives.
Generating and converting leads into registrations for training courses at IMMAST
Conducting market research to identify new trends, customer needs, and preferences
Contacting potential customers and showcasing the institutes educational offerings.
Facilitating the registration process and facilitating the participant journey offered at the institute including hosting of the courses (registration, welcome kit, data preparation, invoice delivery, feedback).
Maintaining and enhancing customer relationships and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, loyalty, and retention.
Monitoring and analyzing individual performance of the sales and marketing activities, using data and metrics to evaluate the effectiveness, identify opportunities, and measure the utilization.
Collaborative working with other team members and departments to ensure alignment and synergy of the sales and marketing efforts.
Ensure compliance to SOPs and Quality Protocol
Participate in conferences and workshops etc. as required.
Assist the IMMAST Management in cost reduction initiatives and work towards sustainability in line with the Centres vision.
Any other responsibility as assigned by the management.
Preferred candidate profile
Diploma / graduation (preferably in science or healthcare related disciplines)
Must have the ability to interpret customer requirements match them to IMMAST offering, and presenting appropriately to make a sale.
Maintaining and developing relationships with customer
Excellent communication skills
Must have basic computer knowledge (MS Office)
Working knowledge of simple design platforms (such as CANVA) will be an asset
Preferable 2 years experience of sales, preferable in healthcare or a related field
