Digital Marketing Executive

ETLHIVE is seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist to manage and execute digital marketing campaigns that promote our products and services. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in enhancing brand awareness, driving web traffic, and acquiring new leads/customers. Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement digital marketing strategies that align with ETLHIVE's business objectives.
• Manage and execute campaigns across multiple digital channels, including email marketing, social media, search engines, newsletters, and display advertising.
• Monitor, measure, and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns, assessing ROI and KPIs.
• Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and analyze trends to improve campaign performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including creative, content, and web development, to create engaging content and optimize the user experience.
• Stay current with emerging trends in digital marketing and adopt new technologies to enhance campaign effectiveness.

Requirements & Skills:

• 2+ years of experience as a Digital Marketing Specialist or in a similar role.
• BSc/BA in Marketing, Communications, or an equivalent field.
• Strong understanding of various digital marketing channels, including SEO, PPC, social media (Google Ads, Meta Ads), and display advertising.
• Proficiency with web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) to measure and track campaign performance.
• Familiarity with design tools such as Canva and website management platforms like WordPress (desired).
• Excellent communication and writing skills, with the ability to create clear, engaging content.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Minimum of 1 year of relevant work experience in digital marketing.
• Fluency in English (preferred).
