Responsibilities

Inside Sales Executive

• Achieve sales targets through direct-to-consumer (D2C) channels.
• Acquire and manage leads, following up through calls, emails, and social media.
• Provide product counseling and consultations to patients in the clinic or via home visits.
• Analyze sales data and implement strategies to improve performance.
• Coordinate with the marketing team to run campaigns and promotions.
• Actively source new sales opportunities via cold calling, email, and social platforms.
• Handle inbound and outbound communication to support customer inquiries.
• Maintain proficiency in CRM software to track and manage sales activities.
• Schedule and confirm appointments with patients, ensuring alignment with staff availability.
• Provide pre-appointment assistance, including transportation and health-related queries.
• Welcome and guide visitors at the clinic, ensuring a positive experience.
• Address patient concerns by coordinating with technical teams and providing solutions.
• Conduct follow-ups to check prosthetic conditions and promote additional services.
• Monitor and reduce cancellation rates by addressing patient concerns promptly.
• Keep the clinic area clean and organized, adhering to company protocols.
• Contribute to team goals by assisting in various operational tasks as needed.
• Traveling for campsites in Visakhapatnam and Andhra Pradesh for the confirmation of the patients

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelors degree in any field.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in sales, customer service, or a related role.
• Proficiency in English, Hindi, and Telugu (mandatory).
• Experience with CRM software is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to handle multiple responsibilities in a dynamic environment.
• Self-motivated and customer-centric approach.
• Familiarity with healthcare or prosthetics is an advantage.
