Instalaxmi, a leading Jeweltech company revolutionizing the retail jewelry industry, is seeking a dynamic Regional Sales Manager to lead and expand our sales operations. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in B2B sales, team management, and building strategic partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and execute a regional sales strategy to achieve growth and revenue targets.
2. Identify and onboard retail jewelers as clients for Instalaxmi's digital gold platform.
3. Lead, train, and motivate a team of sales executives to drive performance.
4. Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in the jewelry industry.
5. Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports and insights to the leadership team.
6. Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends.
7. Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and service delivery.

Key Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
2. 5+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in Jewelry, Fintech, or SaaS industries.
3. Strong understanding of the jewelry retail ecosystem.
4. Proven ability to lead and manage a sales team to achieve targets.
5. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
6. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently.
7. Willingness to travel extensively within the region.
