Strategy Manager

- We are seeking a highly skilled and strategic-minded individual to join our team as a Business Planning and Strategy Manager.

- The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in business planning, market analysis, and scenario building.

- This role requires an innovative thinker who can drive the development and execution of strategies by driving key initiatives to enhance our market position, expand our client base, and ensure long-term business growth.

Key Responsibilities :

Strategic Planning:

- Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve the company's business objectives of our companies in the US and Europe.

- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape in the industries across focused markets.

- Collaborate with senior management to define strategic priorities and align them with business goals of Exponents INC. & Expo display services GmbH

Market Analysis and Research:

- Analyse market conditions, trade show customer needs, and competitive dynamics to support strategic decisions.

- Prepare detailed market reports, forecasts, and feasibility studies for key projects set by the management.

- Identify new market opportunities and potential areas for growth.

Performance Monitoring and Reporting:

- Track and evaluate the performance of strategic initiatives and business development efforts by working with various depts. In India &USA.

- Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on strategic progress and outcomes.

- Utilize data and analytics to drive continuous improvement in strategic planning and execution.

Project Management:

- Oversee the implementation of strategic projects across the group, ensuring they are delivered on time & within scope.

- Coordinate cross-functional teams to achieve strategic objectives.

- Manage project risks and develop mitigation strategies.

Innovation and Improvement:

- Identify and implement best practices and innovative approaches to enhance strategic outcomes.

- Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in strategic planning and business development.

Required:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, finance, commerce, engineering or a related field.

- Masters degree in Business Admin from a reputed college in India or Overseas.

- Minimum of 2+ years of experience in business planning, business development, or a related role in the exhibition industry (Preferred)

- Minimum 2+ years of experience in Project management or business development in a B2B company with at least 2 years of experience in business planning or strategy execution.

- Proven track record of developing and executing successful strategic initiatives.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to think creatively and strategically.

- Strong project management skills.

- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

- Willingness to travel as required.

- Experience of working with customers in the USA, UK, Western Europe or Canada will be an added advantage.
