Account Manager (US) - NON IT

Job Summary:

- We are seeking an account manager to join our team.

- You will be supporting the business development team.

- Account manager duties will include maintaining existing accounts, support AE to on the new account development, and coordinating with the internal teams.

- A successful account manager should have excellent communication and coordination skills.

- The key role is to help and support the AE to give top quality and good service / turn around to the customer by working with various internal team.

-This involves working with US client only. Hence the previous role should have involved working with US client.

Responsibilities:

- Work on the incoming leads, research on the company and past shows and help AE to set up a meeting with them

- Make a calendar of events for existing customers and connect with them to get next project brief

- Regular follow up and communication on the projects where we have given designs and offers

- If any changes needed by customers in design/ offer, get them done and share with customers

- Create a pleasant experience for clients by coordinating with internal / external teams to provide solutions

- Provide regular updates, respond to inquiries, and address any client concerns in a timely manner

- Coordinate and facilitate regular client meetings

- Create meeting notes for the customer meeting and communicate to relevant departments

- Ensure client satisfaction and retention

Job Qualifications and Skill Sets:

- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing or a related field;

- Minimum of 3 years' experience in business development or support

- The ability to work with multiple stakeholders and work closely with them to determine acceptable solutions

- Excellent communication skills

- A track record of following through on commitments

- Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills
