InspireOne - Delivery Operations Manager (5-10 yrs)

Objective of the role:

This is a critical role in the organization wherein you will be responsible for:

a. Overall delivery operations ensuring customer satisfaction in accordance with the agreed terms and goals

b. Ensuring consistent high-quality delivery across all client projects

c. Managing critical client engagement directly

d. Managing and leading a team of Project managers, coordinators and resource executives

This role would involve working with delivery consultants for the purposes of delivery and project management to ensure all contracts are delivered as per the outlined terms, ensuring maximum customer satisfaction and highest productivity of resources, as well as availability of empaneled resources.

The job holder should have the ability to interact, and communicate at the senior level, manage stakeholders in the client organization and MCV team members at InspireOne.

Job Responsibilities:

Manage Delivery Operations processes:

- Putting in place / upgrading all processes by leveraging technology to ensure that all the decided goals are met

- Enabling all processes to ensure timely and quality deliveries, informed decisions and proactive problem resolution

Capacity Planning:

- Annual capacity planning and capacity planning for the ongoing projects

- Resourcing - Calendar planning

Project Management:

- Deploying and Enabling Project teams

- Driving Project Management of contracts for Productivity, Quality and Cost Management

- Helping the project team with problem solving

Quality:

- Managing the quality of delivery across all contracts.

Client Management:

- Represent InspireOne to clients

- Directly manage the assigned client projects

- Conduct workshops, coaching sessions and consulting work as required

Team Management:

- Be a coach & mentor to the team

- Performance review of team members
