Job Title: Graphic Designer (Trainee/Fresher)

Duration: Full-time/Internship

Responsibilities: • Strong skills in branding design, logo design, typography, color theory, and understanding of layout.
• Design social media posts, videos, ad campaigns, ad carousels, brochures, hoardings, advertisements, and presentations.
• Edit images, and create digital assets for various marketing materials.
• Work collaboratively with the marketing team to bring creative ideas to life.
• Maintain brand consistency across all designs and marketing communications.
• Assist in creating concepts and designs for various graphic projects of varying complexity.
• Collaborate with colleagues efficiently and effectively.
• Receive and provide constructive feedback while maintaining professionalism.
• Support senior designers in managing and coordinating graphics projects across departments.
• Stay organized in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Learn and develop design skills under the guidance of experienced team members.
• Create graphics based on concepts and gradually develop independent design capabilities.
• Meet deadlines and proactively ensure timely project delivery.
• Work in a rapidly growing organization and adapt to changing requirements.
• Demonstrate strong oral and written communication skills with a team-focused mindset.
• Maintain attention to detail, spelling, and grammar in all design work.

Requirements:
• Familiarity with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, Filmora, Canva, CorelDRAW, and Acrobat.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office.

Profile:
• Recent graduate or fresher with a degree/diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
• Strong passion for design and eagerness to learn.
