Job description

- Coordinate with CRM, Sales, Project Team etc

- The candidate should be responsible for end-to-end Real Estate property Sales.

- Following up new business opportunities and setting up meetings.

- Relevant Experience in Real estate sector, and good knowledge about the real estate markets and competitors projects also

- Manage client query on the phone and convert tele-conversation into a personal meeting.

- Organizing sales visits, presenting products to achieve their monthly targets

- Provide the best possible solution to customers.

- To ensure that the targets are achieved according to the business plan

- Highly self- motivated and ambitious in achieving goals.

- Key responsibility would be to generate business for the organization.

- Hardworking and efficient, with good communication and negotiation skills candidates are required.

Requirements:

• Real-Estate Back ground Must.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Marketing, or related fields.
• 4-8 years of experience in customer service or client-facing roles, preferably in the real estate sector.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work weekends and flexible hours as needed.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to work and guide the team members.
