Insight Software - Senior DevOps Engineer - Azure Cloud (3-6 yrs)

Job Description :

This CloudOps Engineer role will primarily be responsible for deploying new customer instances, performing upgrades, and troubleshooting any errors encountered during these processes.

Qualifications :

- Deploy, monitor, and maintain mission critical applications running in Microsoft Azure for customers across the globe.

- Proactively analyze existing process to identify gaps and improvement opportunities.

- Troubleshoot and resolve product deployment and upgrade issues.

- Ensure proper security controls are enforced.

- Perform scheduled maintenance activities.

- Able and be willing to occasionally work during Eastern Time Zone with the North American team.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Windows Server administration and Microsoft IIS is required.

- Hands-on experience with Powershell scripting is required.

- Hands on experience with Microsoft Azure, Azure Virtual Machines is required and Azure SQL Managed Instances is preferred.

Additional Information :

- Hands-on experience with reading and executing SQL queries is preferred.

- Experience with managing multi-tenant SaaS applications is strongly preferred.

- Understanding of SDLC, CI/CD, Ansible, Terraform, and Git is strongly preferred.

- Ability to work in a rapidly evolving environment, effectively balance multiple priorities, work with cross-functional teams.
