Job Description
- Integrate of financial data from various ERP source systems (SAP ECC, Oracle EBS, Oracle J D Edwards, Microsoft Dynamics AX) using replication technologies to SAP S/4 HANA and CFIN
- Participate in day-to-day production support/AMS: It includes BAU, consulting, incident management, and customer communication .
- Translate GAP requirements into technical specifications for product enhancement as per the client requirement.
- Build strong customer relationship by providing proactive managed services service to the end users.
- Responsible for financial data accuracy by doing periodic reconciliation.
- Collaborate across teams, enhance services process, promote automation.
