About the role

As a Sr. Cloud Success Associate, you will ensure clients are properly on-boarded and derive maximum value from their investment in Insight. We will count on you to build and maintain strong relationships with your clients and help them progress through the most advantageous adoption of our solutions. Along the way, you will get to:

• Be the voice of the customer” by conducting monthly or quarterly business reviews
• Analyze consumption and usage data to assist client’s with understanding their cloud spend
• Provide standardized recommendations to increase adoption and work closely with Insight resources to provide the specific help the client needs and follow the best practices
• Understand Insight’s offerings, policies, and procedures. 
• Be responsible for partnering with the clients to create a “Value Investment and Roadmap Plan” for those that qualify for CSM engagement to track and maintain client growth in the cloud and help identify professional services opportunities and PSOs

What we’re looking for

• Bachelor’s degree in business, or other relevant technical discipline from an accredited university 
• 5+ Years of experience in customer-facing positions (client success, customer service, professional services, technical support, or similar role that focused on client success preferred) 
• Experience with Office 365 and Microsoft Teams
• Experience working in the Microsoft Partner Centers and the Azure Portal
• Be able to demonstrate how to maneuver in Azure and train the client to best practices 
• Ability to assist clients in solving problems through cloud technologies, leveraging internal and/or external resources
