• Delivery experience of Microsoft funded CSI or MCI security engagements (Data Security, Modern Security Operations or Threat Protection) experience.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in deployment activities or training sessions in Data Security, Governance, or other relevant Microsoft technologies.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and instructional skills.
• Proficiency in English, as the team operates in the EMEA region.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with potential clients to understand their needs and propose relevant workshops according to their specific requirements, industry demands, as well as their current level of adoption and understanding.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the funding programs. This includes understanding the entry requirements for each workshop and staying informed about the ongoing changes to the deliverables.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Microsoft technologies, industry trends and have a clear understanding of the roadmap and upcoming feature updates.
• Demonstrate strong objection handling skills, particularly for Copilot, to address clients' concerns and misconceptions, and persuasively advocate for Insight's proposed approach.
• Develop a strategic mindset by understanding the client's overall roadmap and identify how different workshops can support their long-term goals. This involves being curious about why the customer wants to pursue a particular workshop and how it can lead to further opportunities.
• Communicate effectively across different levels, with both technical personnel and executives.
