About the role

In this role, the Mgr IT will work directly with senior leadership to drive and execute the GenAI strategy. Your deep technical knowledge paired with your strong execution skills will enable you to provide guidance on emerging technologies and industry-standard practices. Your focus on GenAI will drive the technical team to develop highly efficient and effective solutions to meet business needs and improve operations. 

As an IT Manager you will:

• Manage complex system administration and/or development with a focus on GenAI products, including but not limited to OpenAI, Low-code, process intelligence, custom solution development, and APIs.  
• Manage function and maintenance of at least one major subsystem. 
• Supervise and coordinate all technical staff within their area of responsibility. 
• Supervise technical delivery and scrum ceremonies. 
• Foster and maintain high standards for the high performing team, including team building events, and regular 1:1 cadence.

What were looking for

• BA/BS degree required, Masters degree is a plus.  
• Minimum of 6-8 years business experience depending on area.  
• 6-10 years technical experience in the relevant disciplines with a focus on AI and ML.
