We are looking for a results-driven Inside Sales Executive to connect with recruiters using Job Hai free job posting services and promote paid subscription plans. The role involves converting daily leads into paying clients, building strong relationships, and driving revenue growth.

Responsibilities:

• Engage with recruiters to promote and sell paid subscription plans.
• Convert leads provided daily into successful sales.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and conversions in CRM.
