As an 'inside sales manager', you will play a crucial role in driving our sales efforts and expanding our customer base in existing and new markets.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Drive sales of LimeTray products & services to the Indian & International markets.
2. Identify key decision-makers within target organizations and engage in strategic, consultative conversations to understand their business needs.
3. Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients, effectively communicating the value proposition and benefits of our products and services.
4. Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospects and clients through regular follow-ups, addressing their inquiries, and providing accurate information about our offerings.
5. Lead generation through own research and initiate cold calling to establish connections with potential clients.
6. Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and contribute to the overall revenue growth of the company.
7. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to identify opportunities and make recommendations for sales strategies.
8. Utilize CRM software to manage and track leads, opportunities, and sales activities accurately.

Who Would Be the Right Fit?

Were looking for candidates who meet the following criteria:

1. B2B and SaaS Sales Expertise: Prior experience in B2B sales or SaaS product sales is highly preferred, as it aligns perfectly with the role's requirements.
2. E-commerce Experience: Candidates who have worked with e-commerce products and understand how conversion rates impact business outcomes or have previously optimised e-commerce funnels will have an advantage.
3. Product-Oriented Background: Individuals with experience as Product Associates or in Product Management, who are open to exploring a product-focused sales role, will find this opportunity exciting.
4. IT Sales Experience: A minimum of 23 years in IT sales is a must to hit the ground running.
5. FnB Industry Knowledge: Exposure to the Food and Beverage industry is an added benefit, as it aligns closely with our target market.
6. Global Exposure: Experience working with both Indian and international markets will be a great asset.
7. Fluency in English: Exceptional communication skills, particularly fluency in US or British English, are necessary for effective engagement with international clients.
8. Tech-Savvy and Curious: Smart individuals who understand software products well, are inquisitive by nature, and constantly ask questions like “Why?” or “How?” will thrive in this role.
