Inside Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate and manage the end-to-end execution of secondary research, ensuring accurate and timely delivery of data.

- Build and maintain databases of companies, including key details such as Name, Address, Email, and other relevant information.

- Perform data mining using various portals and databases such as Google, LinkedIn, Jigsaw, Hoovers, ZoomInfo, Lead411, and others.

- Conduct lead generation and outreach through web research, leveraging email campaigns and other communication strategies.

- Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to align outreach efforts with overall business goals.

- Communicate expectations, establish deadlines, and ensure buy-in from team members to ensure smooth project execution.

- Manage assignments independently with minimal supervision.

- Maintain Excel sheets and other data storage systems for organizing research data and leads.

- Verify and validate bulk email lists to ensure accurate and efficient outreach campaigns.

- Perform email harvesting and verification to support mass outreach and email campaigns.

- Provide regular updates on research activities and outreach results to the management team.

- Good experience in team handling and client handling.

Knowledge and Skills:

- Proven experience of minimum of 8+ years in lead generation, web research, and outreach through email campaigns.

- Strong working knowledge of various databases like Jigsaw, Hoovers, LinkedIn, Spoke, Lead411, ZoomInfo, and others.

- Good Experience of handling US Clients.

- Expertise in email harvesting and bulk email verification tools.

- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and data analysis techniques.

- Ability to balance multiple priorities within tight deadlines.

- Knowledge of Microsoft Access is a significant plus.

- Excellent communication, outreach, and time management skills with a detail-oriented approach.
