Job Description

Job Summary: We are looking for a dynamic Inside Sales Manager to drive B2B sales for our Flash Delivery product, targeting small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) across global markets. As a Team Lead, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our customer base internationally, helping businesses embrace the benefits of instant delivery to enhance their operations.


Your Role & Responsibilities:
Lead a team to achieve international sales targets by identifying and nurturing business relationships across multiple regions.
Present and demonstrate the value of our flash delivery platform to prospective clients, showcasing how it can enhance their business logistics and delivery capabilities.
Act as a strategic advisor to clients, offering ongoing support and insights on optimizing their use of the platform to boost business efficiency.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather client feedback and implement continuous improvements to the product and services.
Maintain a deep understanding of market trends and customer needs in different countries to drive product innovation and international expansion.

You Should Have:
2+ years of experience in team management and international sales, with a strong record of driving B2B sales in industries such as SaaS, logistics, or e-commerce.
A demonstrated ability to build relationships with global clients and close sales deals in different markets.
A thorough understanding of technology platforms and their application in business operations, enabling you to effectively communicate product benefits to potential customers.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively across cultural and regional differences.
A highly motivated and result-driven mindset, eager to expand business growth in new international markets.
Flexibility to adapt to different market dynamics, while ensuring alignment with company goals.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, International Business, Marketing, or a related field.
