- Frontier X2, our revolutionary patented product provides real-time feedback on cardiac health to users on the move. We also offer the Frontier Heart Program which offers a consultation service with our cardiac and exercise experts. The company sells online in the US, Canada, UK, Europe, and India, and plans to grow faster, wider and deeper. Our soon-to-be-launched, Frontier X Plus (FDA 510k cleared) will enable us to target potential B2B clients in sports cardiology, cardiac rehab centers, clinical research organizations (CROs), and more.
- We at Fourth Frontier are seeking a highly talented Inside Sales Manager to join our team (to know more, visit https://fourthfrontier.com/), conduct an online demo of our product, understand the key needs of the prospect, build the right kind of rapport and relationship with them and eventually convert them as successful sales. The ideal candidate will be a self-motivated and results-oriented individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. This position requires working in a fast-paced environment and being comfortable with making cold calls to the leads and closing sales (B2B and B2C).
Responsibilities :
- Conduct outbound calls, and online demos to prospective clients and existing customers to promote and sell our medical heart monitoring device (Frontier X2 and Frontier X Plus)
- Identify and generate leads through research, cold calling, networking, and attending industry events.
- Target new accounts in hospitals, clinics, clinical research organizations, and sports cardiology practices in the USA to promote our products.
- Develop and manage a sales pipeline from initial outreach to contract signing and onboarding.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by providing exceptional customer service.
- Identify customer needs and provide appropriate product solutions.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and quotas regularly.
- Keep accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and sales activities in our systems. (Google Sheets).
- Collaborate with other sales team members to share information and best practices.
- Attend training sessions and meetings to stay up-to-date on product knowledge, sales techniques, and industry trends.
- Experience in both B2B and B2C is a plus
Requirements :
- Degree in Business/Marketing or a related field is preferred.
- Proven experience in inside sales or telemarketing, preferably in the healthcare, sports/fitness or Edtech industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven experience in working in inside sales in international geographies like - USA is preferred, though not mandatory
- Strong customer service orientation.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Knowledge of medical terminology and cardiovascular health is a plus.
