Job Description

Key Responsibilities:


1. Lead Generation:

  • Source potential customers through outbound calls, emails, and social media.
  • Leverage market research to identify prospective clients and understand their needs.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads.

2. Sales Activities:

  • Conduct engaging product presentations tailored to client requirements.
  • Respond to customer inquiries, objections, and feedback effectively.
  • Schedule and follow up on meetings to move prospects through the sales funnel.
  • Coordinate and manage Proof of concepts / product trials with product/ technology team

3. Closing Deals:

  • Negotiate terms and pricing to close sales while maintaining profitability.
  • Prepare and deliver proposals, contracts, and agreements.
  • Ensure smooth transition of new clients to the onboarding team post-sale.

4. CRM & Reporting:

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of interactions, leads, and sales in the CRM system.
  • Provide regular updates on sales progress, forecasts, and performance metrics.
