Salesforce Quality Analyst - Automation/Manual Testing (3-6 yrs)

Key Responsibilities :

- Automation Testing : Design, develop, and execute automated tests using tools like Selenium/Copado/AccelQ, and other relevant technologies.

- Manual Testing : Perform comprehensive manual testing as needed to ensure the functionality, performance, and reliability of the Salesforce applications.

- Test Case Development : Create detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test plans and test cases.

- Bug Identification and Reporting : Identify, document, and track bugs using JIRA or similar bug tracking tools. Collaborate with developers to resolve issues.

- Continuous Improvement : Continuously enhance testing processes and automation frameworks. Stay up-to-date with new testing tools and test strategies.

- Collaboration : Work closely with developers, business analysts, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and ensure high-quality software delivery.

- Agile Practices : Participate in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and other agile ceremonies. Contribute to a positive and productive team culture.

Required Skills and Qualifications :

- Education : Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

- Experience : 3-6 years of QA experience in the IT industry, with a strong focus on automation testing.

- Technical Proficiency : Hands-on experience with Selenium/ Copado/ AccelQ and other automation testing tools. Strong scripting skills (e.g., Java, Python, JavaScript).

- Salesforce Expertise : Strong knowledge of Salesforce platform and its various components (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience etc.).

- Analytical Skills : Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to think critically and analytically to identify potential issues.

- Communication : Strong verbal and written communication skills.

- Ability to clearly document and convey complex technical information.

- Team Player : Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.

- Strong interpersonal skills.

- Agile Methodology : Experience working in agile/scrum teams.
