Job Title: Lead Generation / Business Development Manager (Engineering | Embedded | Healthcare)

Job Description:

We are looking for a results-driven Lead Generation / Business Development Manager with a strong background in Engineering, Embedded Systems, or Healthcare to drive business growth in the US and EU markets. The ideal candidate will identify new business opportunities, establish and nurture client relationships, and develop strategic partnerships to expand our market presence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and engage potential clients in the Engineering, Embedded, and Healthcare industries across the US & EU regions.
• Must have travelled to US or EU
• Develop and implement lead generation strategies through research, outreach, and networking.
• Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline, nurturing leads from initial contact to deal closure.
• Collaborate with internal teams (engineering, marketing, and sales) to align solutions with client needs.
• Conduct market analysis to identify trends, competition, and business opportunities.
• Negotiate contracts and close deals while ensuring long-term client satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Experience: 5+ years in Lead Generation, Sales, or Business Development within Engineering, Embedded Systems, or Healthcare industries.
• Market Knowledge: Strong understanding of the US and EU business landscape, industry trends, and client pain points.
• Skills:
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Proven ability to generate leads and convert them into sales.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset.
• Preferred: Experience in selling engineering services, embedded solutions, or healthcare technology solutions.
