Role & responsibilities

Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support to healthcare professionals and users of our healthcare software solutions.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues related to networking, internet connectivity, and system performance (training provided).
  • Assist in resolving issues related to DICOM images, including viewing, exporting, and importing within our system (training provided).
  • Offer guidance on Linux operating systems, ensuring that customers can effectively use and manage their systems (training provided).
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to escalate and resolve more complex technical problems.
  • Document customer issues, solutions, and frequently asked questions (FAQs) to improve team efficiency and the knowledge base.
  • Provide proactive solutions to customers to enhance their experience and reduce recurring technical issues.
  • Assist with the setup and configuration of customer networks to ensure proper system integration (training provided).
  • Offer training and support on DICOM-related workflows and integration with other healthcare systems (training provided).
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements in healthcare IT.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Recent graduate with a background in IT, computer science, or a related field.
  • Strong interest in healthcare technology and a willingness to learn.
  • Basic understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, VPN, DNS, DHCP) and internet technologies (training provided).
  • Familiarity with Linux operating systems or a strong desire to learn (training provided).
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical issues to non-technical users.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team to resolve customer issues promptly.
  • A customer-oriented mindset with a commitment to delivering exceptional service.

Preferred Qualifications (not required, but helpful):

  • Any exposure to healthcare IT systems or Electronic Health Record (EHR) platforms.
  • Interest in learning about DICOM standards and medical imaging.
  • Familiarity with basic Linux commands and troubleshooting.

Training Provided:

  • In-depth training on networking, internet technologies, and system troubleshooting.
  • Hands-on learning with DICOM image handling and integration.
  • Guidance on working with Linux operating systems and healthcare-specific software.
