Job Description: We are seeking a skilled and motivated Remote Support Engineer to provide exceptional technical support to our international clients, primarily focusing on remote support for Japan and other global locations.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide timely and effective remote technical support to end-users via various channels (e.g., remote desktop, phone, email).
* Troubleshoot and resolve a wide range of technical issues, including:
* Outlook configuration: Address email setup, account synchronization, and troubleshooting.
* Application installation and updates: Assist with software installations, updates, and configuration.
* General system troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve issues related to operating systems, hardware, and peripherals.
* Remote access and connectivity issues: Troubleshoot and resolve VPN, remote desktop, and other connectivity problems.
* Document all support interactions and resolutions in a clear and concise manner.
* Proactively identify and escalate critical issues to senior engineers or management.
* Participate in knowledge sharing sessions and contribute to the improvement of support processes.
* Adhere to strict service level agreements (SLAs) and maintain high customer satisfaction.
Required Skills & Experience:
* Strong understanding of Windows operating systems (Windows 10/11 preferred).
* Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
* Proficiency in remote support tools (e.g., TeamViewer, AnyDesk).
* Experience with Outlook configuration and troubleshooting.
* Knowledge of basic networking concepts (e.g., TCP/IP, DNS).
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
*Strong customer service orientation.
* Fluency in English
* Also candidate know Japanese or any other regional language .
