18. Basic understanding of networking concepts and protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, etc.).
19. Strong Knowledge of computer systems, networks, and appropriate software applications.
20. Excellent diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
21. Effective communication skills, including the ability to explain technical details to a non-technical audience.

Education or Academic Qualification

• A minimum of an Engineering Diploma/Degree/Postgraduate or equivalent in Computer Science or IT or relevant.

Skills required (Soft & Technical)

• Good communication skills – both written and verbal.

2. Ready to Travel outside India on short term and long term basis
3. Valid Driving license for Car ( or applied for such a DL )
4. Knowledge to Drive 4 wheeler ( willing to drive four wheeler )
