Job Summary:
We are looking for a talented and detail-oriented 3D Visualizer / 3D Artist with 2–3 years
of experience to join our creative team. The ideal candidate will specialize in 3ds Max, V-
Ray/Corona Renderer, and other relevant tools to produce high-quality 3D models,
renderings, and animations for architectural, interior, and product design projects. You
will collaborate with architects, designers, and project teams to conceptualize and
deliver visually stunning outputs that align with client requirements. This is an excellent

Key Responsibilities

• 3D Modeling & Rendering: Create detailed and realistic 3D models, textures, and renderings using 3ds Max and V-Ray/Corona Renderer.
• Visualization: Develop photo-realistic images, walkthroughs, and animations for architectural and interior design projects.
• Conceptualization: Collaborate closely with architects, designers, and project managers to conceptualize and visualize ideas effectively.
• Post-Production: Utilize tools like Adobe Photoshop for editing and enhancing renders to achieve professional-level output.
• Project Coordination: Work with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of high-quality visuals.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure the final output aligns with the client's vision and project requirements.

Key Skills & Tools

• Proficiency in Autodesk 3ds Max (Modeling, Texturing, and Rendering).
• Expertise in V-Ray or Corona Renderer for photo-realistic rendering.
• Strong knowledge of Adobe Photoshop for post-production tasks.
• Basic understanding of AutoCAD for importing drawings.
• Familiarity with SketchUp or similar 3D tools is a plus.
• Experience in animation and walkthrough creation is highly desirable.
• Strong artistic abilities with meticulous attention to detail.
• Proven experience with 3ds Max modeling, specifically in architectural visualization.
• Strong understanding of architectural drawings, including floor plans, elevations, and sections.
• Proficiency in using scale bars and other plan information for accurate modeling.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Experience with different levels of detail (LODs) is a plus.
• Create accurate LOD3 3D models from architectural plans (PDF, JPEG) in 3ds Max.
• Utilize scale bars and other plan information for accurate model scaling and dimensioning.
• Project 2D plans onto planes within 3ds Max for accurate model creation.
• Model various building elements based on plan details.
• Interpret AOD/FFL height information accurately within the models.
• Collaborate with team members to clarify plan details.
• Follow established quality control processes and address identified modeling errors.
• Provide clear documentation of the modeling process.
• Clearly communicate any discrepancies or missing information from the architectural plans.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Architecture, Interior Design, Animation, or a related field.
• Proven experience working on architectural and interior visualization projects.
• A strong portfolio showcasing your 3D modeling, rendering, and visualization skills.
