Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Account Executive to join our
finance team.
The ideal candidate will have a solid foundation in accounting principles, a proficiency in
Zoho Books, and the ability to contribute effectively to the financial operations of the
company.

maintaining Zoho Book records, we would love to hear from you!



Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain Zoho Books Records: Efficiently manage and update daily transactions, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliations using Zoho Books.
• General Ledger Management: Ensure accurate and timely entries into the general ledger, maintaining records for all financial transactions.
• Financial Reporting: Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.
• Reconciliation: Perform regular bank reconciliations, and ensure proper matching of payments, receipts, and outstanding balances.
• Audit Support: Assist in internal and external audits by providing necessary financial documentation and supporting materials.
• Inventory and Fixed Asset Management: Track and maintain inventory and fixed asset records within Zoho Books.
• Vendor and Customer Management: Maintain accurate records of accounts

payable/receivable and handle any vendor/customer inquiries related to financial
transactions.



Required Qualifications and Skills:

• Educational Qualification:
• Bachelor's degree in B.Com Computers or MBA specializing in Finance/Accounting.

Experience:

• Up to 2 years of experience in accounting and finance.
• Experience working with Zoho Books will be preferred.

Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in Zoho Books, including the ability to manage transactions, generate reports,
• and handle tax computations.
• Strong knowledge of MS Excel (pivot tables, formulas, etc.).
• Good understanding of accounting principles and standards (GAAP, IFRS).
• Strong mathematical and organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently

Soft Skills:

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Strong problem-solving skills and analytical thinking
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
  
  Preferred Skills:
  Strong mathematical and organizational skills, ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently, and familiarity with the Indian accounting system and Zoho Books are preferred.
