Plant Head - EMS (10-20 yrs)

The Plant Head will be responsible for overseeing end-to-end plant operations, ensuring efficiency, quality, and compliance with industry standards. The role requires strong leadership to drive production excellence, optimize processes, and enhance overall plant performance in line with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee overall plant operations, including production, quality, maintenance, and safety.

- Develop and implement strategies to optimize manufacturing efficiency and reduce operational costs.

- Ensure adherence to industry regulations, certifications, and quality standards.

- Lead and mentor cross-functional teams to achieve production targets and continuous improvement goals.

- Collaborate with supply chain, engineering, and business teams to align plant operations with business objectives.

- Drive automation, lean manufacturing, and Industry 4.0 initiatives to improve productivity.

- Monitor KPIs, analyze data, and implement corrective actions as needed.

- Manage budgets, forecast operational costs, and ensure financial efficiency.

- Foster a culture of safety, compliance, and employee engagement.

Key Requirements:

- Proven experience in EMS or electronics manufacturing, preferably at a leadership level.

- Strong knowledge of production processes, lean manufacturing, and quality management systems.

- Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

- Familiarity with regulatory compliance, EHS standards, and operational excellence practices.

- Ability to drive change and implement process improvements effectively.

- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
