Senior Software Engineer - C++ (1-5 yrs)

Job Description :

Key Responsibilities :

1. Software Development and Maintenance :

- Design, develop, and maintain robust, high-performance C++ applications for 4G Core networks.

- Optimize software for performance, scalability, and reliability in telecom environments.

2. 4G Core Expertise :

- Develop solutions for 4G Core components, including EPC (Evolved Packet Core), PCEF, MME, SGW, PGW, and HSS.

- Implement and troubleshoot protocols like S1AP, GTP, Diameter, and SCTP.

3. System Design and Architecture :

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement end-to-end solutions for 4G Core networks.

- Contribute to system architecture discussions and provide technical guidance.

4. Debugging and Troubleshooting :

- Analyze and resolve complex issues related to 4G Core systems and protocols.

- Perform code reviews, testing, and debugging to ensure software quality.

Required Qualifications :

Technical Skills :

- Proficiency in C++ with strong knowledge of object-oriented programming.

- Solid understanding of 4G Core components (EPC, MME, SGW, PGW, and HSS).

- Hands-on experience with 5G protocols such as S1AP, GTP, Diameter, and SCTP.

- Familiarity with multi-threading, real-time systems, and memory management.

Telecom Domain Expertise :

- Knowledge of 4G network architecture, standards, and protocols.

- Experience in implementing or maintaining telecom core network solutions.

Tools and Platforms :

- Experience with Linux/Unix development environments.

- Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git), debugging tools, and build systems.

Educational Background : Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Telecommunications, or related field.
