AI/ML Engineer - PyTorch/Tensorflow (2-4 yrs)

Responsibilities :

- Design and build machine learning models, with a focus on large language models (LLMs) like GPT, BERT, or open-source alternatives.

- Develop recommendation systems for venue suggestions, package customization, and other wedding services.

- Implement generative AI solutions for content creation, design suggestions, and customer engagement.

- Work with raw, unstructured data from diverse sources to clean, preprocess, and structure it for AI/ML applications.

- Build and maintain pipelines for real-time and batch data processing.

- Deploy AI models in production using cloud-based tools (AWS SageMaker, GCP Vertex AI, etc.).

- Optimize model performance for accuracy, scalability, and cost-effectiveness.

- Explore and integrate state-of-the-art AI/ML techniques to address business challenges.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, design, operations) to understand requirements and deliver AI-powered features.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI/ML, or a related field.

- 2+ years of experience in AI/ML, with hands-on expertise in deploying models.

Technical Skills :

- Proficiency in Python and ML frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Hugging Face Transformers.

- Experience with LLMs (fine-tuning and deploying models like GPT-3, GPT-4, Llama, or similar).

- Familiarity with recommendation systems, generative AI models, and NLP techniques.

- Knowledge of MLOps practices (CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes).

- Cloud expertise (AWS, GCP, or Azure).

Soft Skills :

- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to challenges.

- Excellent communication skills to translate complex AI concepts into actionable insights.

- Ability to work independently in a startup environment.
