HR Operations Lead

Job Purpose:

HR Operations Lead would be responsible for managing and optimizing HR processes, ensuring compliance, and delivering exceptional HR services to employees. You will play a crucial role in maintaining employee records, managing payroll, and supporting various HR initiatives. We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented HR Operations Specialist to join our HR team.

Key Job Requirements- (MH - Must Have / GH - Good to have)

• MH - Experience in Employee Records Management on HRIS & data protection compliance
• MH - Expert in timely payroll processing, reconciliation & discrepancy know how & employee queries mgmt.
• MH - Should be able to identify, enroll & administer employee benefits program
• MH - Good knowledge of compliance, labour laws & audit process
• MH - Policy & SOP planning, documentation & adherence
• GH - Should have worked with min. 1 or 2 HRMS tools

KPI of the role

• Maintaining accurate and up to date employee records in HRIS
• Ensuring Compliance of with data protection and company policies
• Manage Payroll activities, including data entry, verification & timely processing.
• Manage employee queries and payroll / attendance record discrepancy
• Ensure compliance with labour laws & company policies
• Documentation for audit & reports
• Prepare and introduce policies keeping employee experience in mind
• Identify process improvement & streamline workflows Role & responsibilities
