We have opportunity for Government Sales professional for our organization who will be managing the Chandigarh and Mumbai and other region respectively and deployed at that location.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Government Sales Manager to drive sales and business development for our Examination Solutions within the government sector. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of government ecosystem, the ability to engage with senior government officials (including IAS officers), and a proven track record in selling solutions to government agencies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to promote examination solutions to government departments.
  • Identify and build strong relationships with key stakeholders, including IAS officers, government decision-makers, and procurement officials.
  • Drive end-to-end sales processes, including lead generation, proposal submission, contract negotiation, and closing deals within the government vertical.
  • Manage government relations and create awareness of our examination solutions and ensure alignment with policy and regulatory frameworks.
  • Participate in government tenders, RFPs, and other procurement processes by submitting the proposals prepared by presales team.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including presales, delivery and operations, to ensure the effective implementation of solutions as per government requirements.
  • Stay updated with government policies, digital initiatives, and emerging trends in examination solutions to align sales strategies accordingly.
  • Represent the company at government meetings, industry conferences, and networking events to enhance business opportunities.

Requirements:

  • Must have experience in government sales, business development, or key account management, preferably in education, assessment, or technology solutions.
  • Proven experience in interacting with government officials, including IAS officers, and navigating government procurement cycles.
  • Strong understanding of government tendering, contract management, and compliance requirements.
