Job Description

Role & responsibilities

  • Maintaining relationships with key institutional clients, including hospitals, healthcare facilities, and government agencies.
  • Developing relations with KOLs, doctors & Purchase head of hospitals.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at hospitals, healthcare facilities, and government agencies.
  • Identify and understand the needs and requirements of institutional clients to provide tailored solutions.
  • Building market position by locating, developing, defining, negotiating, and closing business relationships.
  • Achieve monthly sales target for the product mix as per company's focus.
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing with institutional clients, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.
  • Manage contract renewals and ensure compliance with all terms and conditions.
  • Ensure assigned/ acquired client satisfaction at all times through visits and follow-ups.
  • Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, regulatory affairs, and customer service, to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Provide feedback from clients to the product development and marketing teams to improve product offerings.

Preferred candidate profile


The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with key institutional clients, including hospitals, healthcare facilities, and government agencies. His/her focus would be on increasing brand awareness, bringing in new clients investors, and coordinating public relations efforts. His/her role would include the generation and development of new business opportunities. The objective is focused purely on marketing selling.
