Job Title: Telesales Executive

Location: Hitec City, Hyderabad

Job Type: Full-time, Day Shift

Salary Range: ₹13,000 to ₹18,000 (excluding incentives)

Experience: 05 years (Freshers are welcome)

Qualifications: Minimum 10th Pass or equivalent

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound calls to potential clients, primarily targeting employers, to promote and sell salary accounts for their employees.
• Identify and generate leads through cold calling and follow up on existing prospects.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with clients to ensure high levels of satisfaction and repeat business.
• Achieve daily call targets and contribute to team sales goals.
• Accurately update and maintain customer information in the CRM system.
• Address client queries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
• Collaborate with internal teams to provide seamless customer experiences.

Requirements:

• Languages: Proficiency in English and Hindi (Malayalam is optional).
• Strong communication and negotiation skills to manage a high volume of outbound calls daily.
• Familiarity with the sales process, including lead management and achieving targets.
• Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated in a high-pressure environment.
• Basic proficiency in using phone systems and CRM tools for efficient lead management.
