Roles & Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of Telesales Executives to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Audit calls regularly to ensure compliance with quality standards and provide constructive feedback to team members.
• Conduct training sessions on sales techniques, objection handling, and process updates to improve overall team performance.
• Track team performance metrics and implement strategies to address performance gaps.
• Collaborate with management to set team goals and drive initiatives for process improvement.
• Ensure team members adhere to call scripts, follow company guidelines, and meet productivity benchmarks.
• Handle escalations and provide solutions to resolve customer or process-related issues.
• Prepare and present performance and quality reports to management.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• Education: Minimum Graduate (12th pass with strong experience may be considered).
• Experience:
• 2 to 4 years of experience in Telesales.
• At least 1 year of experience in a Team Lead role, preferably in outbound sales.
• Skills:
• Proficiency in English and Hindi communication.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Expertise in call auditing and quality monitoring.
• Solid understanding of CRM tools and outbound sales processes.
• Analytical mindset with a problem-solving approach.
• Ability to manage and motivate teams under pressure.
