About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Assistant Sales Manager to lead, inspire, and drive a team of consultants to achieve sales targets. You will play a pivotal role in shaping a high-performing sales team while also contributing individually to Fitelos growth.

What You'll Do:

Team Leadership and Management

• Lead and supervise a team of 8-12 sales executives/associates.
• Drive the team to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Ensure adherence to performance metrics like call attempts, talk time, and availability.
• Provide constructive feedback through call reviews, mock sessions, and gap analysis to foster team growth.
• Develop strategies to boost sales via innovative customer engagement and communication tactics.
• Conduct regular check-ins with the team to address challenges and align on goals.
• Collaborate with team leaders to strategize for weekly and monthly targets.

Individual Sales Contributions

• Serve as the first point of contact for potential customers, representing Fitelo with confidence and professionalism.
• Reach out to potential customers, understand their needs, and offer tailored solutions from Fitelo's service offerings.
• Build rapport, handle objections, and close sales effectively.
• Maintain accurate customer records in the sales CRM and document sales conversations meticulously.
• Continuously refine your sales approach and contribute to team training efforts.
