Sales/Telesales Executive (Outbound Call & Mail Process)

Key Responsibilities:

• Initiate outbound calls to potential clients to introduce and sell our financial products and services.
• Clearly articulate the features and benefits of our offerings, addressing client inquiries with confidence and professionalism.
• Assess client needs effectively and guide them in selecting the most suitable financial products based on their requirements and eligibility.
• Provide alternative product recommendations when necessary to meet client needs.
• Maintain accurate client records using our CRM system.
• Consistently achieve monthly sales targets.
• Follow up with clients via phone or email to close deals and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with team members to optimize overall sales performance.

Requirements:

• Proven track record in telesales, preferably within the finance industry or a similar domain.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and handle objections effectively.
• Demonstrated persuasive abilities and a positive attitude towards achieving sales goals.
• Sound knowledge of sales principles and techniques.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in MS Office, CRM software, and familiarity with telephone systems.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or higher in any field.
• Fluency in Marathi, Hindi, and English languages.
• Previous experience in telesales or a related role is advantageous.
• Familiarity with insurance, mutual funds, and financial services is a plus.
